Webcam, Cheese, Skype

1. Install cheese

sudo apt-get install cheese

2. Load sound before video

The sound module needs to load before the video module, default video loads first

sudo rmmod uvcvideo
sudo modprobe uvcvideo

3. Plug-in the camera and start cheese to test it

cheese skype

If you have visual problems try again with compiz disabled (because of ATI overlay problem)
